Two carriages on each lane

Adorama was our very first client and one that enabled us to develop the MYT Opti-Glide with not only some of the most useful and valuable features available for the system but installing each bay with two carriages on each lane.

  • 4 Camera check out Opti-Glide bays with dual carriage
  • 8 Pedestals with Mitchell mounts and walnut trays
  • 4 Calibration-free distance digital read-out modules
  • 4 hand crank systems.
  • 4 Motor systems with dedicated Keyboard
  • 5 Walnut trays

This configuration allows for 2 camera checkouts to be performed at the same time or get one check done on either side. All this is possible while being able to push either or both carriages towards both pedestals.

The ultimate camera check out experience while giving the clients plenty of space to work
Adorama was keen on offering the ultimate camera check out experience while giving their client plenty of space to work in their Facility.

Unlike most rental houses, Adorama offers complete camera and lighting rental service solutions under one roof, in a sizable building in the heart of Brooklyn, in New York City.

A building fitted with loading docks for Trucks and vehicles. Adorama’s clients support both independent Filmmakers, camera operators and TV program producers; they have an impressive inventory of equipment.

The Opti-Glide was designed and fine-tuned to fit neatly into this new facility. It is also from our experience building this facility that we developed new accessories to complement the Opti-Glide.
