How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
You should receive an email with an order number and confirmation. If you’ve placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, contact us.
How Can I Track My Order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed for shipment.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order provided it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. If you have received a tracking number for your order, it has been shipped and cannot be canceled. What Are the Shipping Charges?

When Can I Expect My Order to Be Delivered?
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of specific parts needed for assembly. This is because all our products are handcrafted and engineered in-house by our specialists. We are diligent about keeping our clients up to date with any developments or delays regarding their orders. Once the order is out for delivery, you can expect your order to be delivered within two weeks for international orders and one week for domestic orders.

What Happens if Items Are Missing or Damaged Upon Delivery?
In this case, please contact us immediately. If items are missing, we will send the items as soon as possible, free of charge. If the items are damaged, please send us photos of the damage along with your order and tracking number. Depending on the extent of the damage and how it was incurred, we will either replace or repair the items.
How Do You Handle International Shipments?
We ship internationally with UPS Worldwide. The duties & taxes incurred will be billed to the receiver directly. See our Export & Re-Export Restrictions and Regulations for more information.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We do not offer free shipping at this time. Please sign-up for our Newsletter for updates regarding free shipping on domestic orders and other promotions & developments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What Is Your Return Policy?
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) within seven days of original delivery. All returns must be packaged carefully in the original box in “as new,” re-sellable condition to receive a full purchase price refund. See our full Return Policy for more information.
Are There Items That Cannot Be Returned?
If the item is in any condition other than new, or in any packaging other than the original packaging it was received in, then the item is not eligible for a return. See our full Return Policy for more information.
Are There Warranties On My Merchandise?
All MYT Works, Inc. products are covered under a one (1) year Standard Warranty subject to the conditions and limitations set in our Terms & Conditions.
